The fluidized powder in the bed is drawn into the injector by air transport. The powder mixed with air then reaches the gun through the hose.

The powder is electrostatically charged immediately upon reaching the gun nozzle. An intense field exists between the gun nozzle and the properly grounded workpiece. The electrostatically charged powder is sprinkled onto the workpiece and adheres to its surface.

Electrostatically charged particles adhere to the grounded metal surface. The powder coating particles remain statically attached to the part and are immediately heated in an oven, where they are transformed into a continuous coating.

This voltage line is converted in the control module to high frequency current.

This current is stepped up by a transformer and a high voltage (HV) cascade in the gun to 100 KV and applied to the electrodes.

The conveyed air and air dosage are regulated in the control module, fluidized by the pneumatic unit. The powder is fluidized in the bed, forcing air to enter underneath and through a porous plastic plate called a membrane. The fluidized powder acquires properties similar to a liquid.
